Hands-On Approach To Physical Therapy

When someone says hands-on physical therapy, what does that mean? It’s not just a vague concept at Nesin, but the cornerstone of our practice. We use manual techniques to address movement dysfunction and pain. Manual techniques are a specialized treatment techniques in which practitioners use their hands to mobilize joints or tissues. The advanced clinical skills necessary for manual physical therapy requires extensive training. Our therapists attend at least 4 to 8 times the mandatory number of hours in continuing education courses every year. We are continually striving to enhance our manual skills.

Here's What Our Patients Have To Say

This physical therapy experience was so much different than others I have had in the past. In the past I was basically given some exercises and left to myself, but with Nesin Therapy the Physical Therapists are with you ALL the way. The hands-on therapy experience is the best!! I want to thank my therapist and the others that helped me through my recovery after Achilles tendon surgery. I recommend Nesin Therapy to everyone.

Always a fabulous experience! You guys keep me mobile and upright. I love your one-on-one philosophy, where there is one therapist focused on one patient for the entire visit. I can practice exercises at home and prefer treatment and manipulation by my therapist whereas other places the therapist rolls from patient to patient in my appointment time.
