Jordan earned her Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication with a concentration in Public Relations, along with her Marketing minor from the University of North Alabama in 2018.  She is a member of the North Alabama and state chapter of the Public Relations Council of Alabama, as well as the Southern Public Relations Federation.  Her hobbies and interests include reading, hanging out with family and friends and traveling.  Jordan has been with Nesin since 2018 and became the Director of Marketing & PR in 2023,
